Accommodation 
The ski resort Birkholzlift – Heinersreuth (Presseck) is located in the Frankenwald Nature Park (Germany, Bavaria (Bayern), Franken (Franconia), Upper Franconia (Oberfranken)).
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 2 km of slopes available. 1 lift transports the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 550 and 630 m.
The Birkholzlift will remain closed in the winter of 22/23. Skiing and snowboarding on 3 runs with a total length of 2 km make this ski area one of the larger ones in the Frankenwald region. The runs of the Birkholzlift ski area are located on a north-facing slope, leading from the high plateau into a small valley. Parking in the Birkholzlift winter sports area is available both at the valley and mountain stations.
