Almost the entire ski area can be covered with artificial snow. Berwang itself is situated at an altitude of 1,342 m and is the highest village in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Most of the slopes run through forested areas. The valley run to Bichlbach is usually possible from the first to the last day of the season thanks to its northeast-facing location.
