Gastronomy tip
Belchenhotel Jägerstüble
At the valley station of the gondola lift
At the Belchenhotel Jägerstüble, the menu features not only traditional home-style dishes, such as a hearty Black Forest snack, but also more upscale cuisine. The menu offers seasonal dishes, and most of the products are sourced from the region.
Hotel-Gasthof Belchen Multen
Below the valley station of the gondola lift, at the children's lift
The Hotel-Gasthof Belchen Multen offers guests regional and seasonal delicacies, such as Black Forest trout or game dishes. Regional dishes can be enjoyed with wines from the Markgräflerland.
Mountain hut tip
Belchenhaus
At the mountain station of the Belchenbahn
The Belchenhaus is the highest mountain restaurant in Baden-Württemberg and probably also the restaurant with the best view. From the terrace of the inn, you can enjoy a panorama of the Swiss Alps all the way to Mont Blanc on clear days. In terms of cuisine, the inn offers simpler dishes such as a snack platter or sausage salad.
