Beginners Bald Mountain – Sun Valley
The Bald Mountain ski area is more suitable for advanced winter sports enthusiasts. Even the green-marked slopes are not necessarily ideal for beginners, as they are mostly quite steep. The children's playground with conveyor belt and practice slope, as well as the easy valley run Lower River Run, are ideal. At the top of the ski area, there are only a few slopes truly suitable for beginners. The green-dotted slopes are the easiest, and these are mostly cat tracks. The ski school offers a comprehensive range of ski courses. Beginners in Sun Valley will find an excellent selection of easy and wide slopes at the Dollar Mountain ski area, located about 4 km away.
