On the outskirts of Farchant, the Ried ski lift is located directly below the Wank. The slope is very well suited for beginners and children, running through forest in the upper section and over gentle meadows in the lower section. Thanks to snowmaking, operations are usually ensured throughout the winter months. The cross-country trails lead from Farchant all the way to Eschenlohe.
