The Almenwelt Lofer ski area is located in the Salzburger Saalachtal. The nearest motorways are just over 30 km away. There are free, limited parking spaces directly at the valley station of Gondola I (P1), including a small underground garage. Just above the valley station of Gondola I, there is also a large parking lot with 480 car spaces (P3) available directly at the valley run. To reach it, drive about 600 meters uphill from the center on Loferer Almstraße and park about 100 meters in elevation above the valley station, from where you can access the slope directly.

• The ski bus, running every half hour, takes guests from most accommodation providers in the towns of Lofer, St. Martin, and Unken to the valley station of the Loferer Almbahn I. With a valid ski pass, you can also use the regular bus from Weißbach to Lofer or from Lofer to Waidring (Steinplatte) free of charge. Free ski buses run from the districts of Au, Scheffsnoth, and Bachwinkl to the Loferer Almbahn I valley station.
