The Seehotel Jägerwirt is located directly on the shore of Lake Turracher in Styria. The lifts of the snow-sure ski area can be reached without a car. The reception and hotel bar in the fireplace lounge welcome guests – you’ll feel at home right away by the crackling fire. The 450 sqm Aquarena wellness area features an indoor pool with integrated whirlpool, a children’s area with slide, and a heated outdoor pool. On the first floor, you’ll find saunas, a steam bath, Kneipp pools, and a whirlpool with a view of the lake. The relaxation loungers also offer a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding Nockberge mountains. The Vitalturm provides space for massages and beauty treatments. House-made alpine oils are used in the Zirben-SPA; in winter, Balinese masseuses are available for the Bali-Private-SPA. Almost all rooms also offer a magnificent view of nature. The hotel is very child-friendly and a member of Kinderhotels (awarded 4 Smileys). There is the Ottifantenclub for the little ones, the Ottifanten-Kinderwelt in the Gaudium with a view of the lake, lots of toys and a cinema screen, as well as other attractions such as swings and an outdoor sandbox. The excellent cuisine offers national and regional specialties from the surrounding mountain region, and children have their own small dining room; if they prefer to eat at their parents’ table, they get crayons for drawing and can choose their own children’s meal. There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel, and it is recommended to visit the Sonnalm, located near the small Schwarzsee a little above Turracher Höhe.
