The Defereggental Hotel & Resort is nestled in the beautiful Defereggental valley. Upon arrival, the fresh scent of the fireplace fills the air. The tranquility immediately makes you forget all hustle and stress. You feel as if you are in the wilderness of Canada. In winter, you can ski right up to the hotel. Directly at the hotel, you'll find an ice skating rink, the cross-country ski trail, and the Leppetal natural toboggan run.

The newly renovated rooms and bathrooms are furnished in a puristic, alpine style with modern elements and fine fabrics, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The view from the balcony of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. The friendly staff anticipates every guest’s wish.

After an eventful day in the mountains, the wellness area invites you to recharge your batteries. A large indoor pool and an elegant sauna area with Finnish sauna and steam bath complete the offer. In the light-flooded fitness room, you can train strength and endurance. Massages and beauty treatments can be booked at any time.
