Thon Hotel Gausdal was build in 1876 and was the first Mountain Sanatorium in Norway. Swimming pool, saunas, solarium and a redingroom is available. The discotheque is open during the winter season. Licenced bar and dancing to live music.

The hotel is located dirctly at the ski lifts and the cross country slopes. Cosy furnished rooms and a friendly staff are responsible for a nice stay at Gausdal.
