The Waldhäuser (Neuschönau) ski area is located in the highest mountain village in the Bavarian Forest. At the foot of the Lusen, the winter sports area offers a great panoramic view of the Bavarian Forest. The Nordlift and the rope lift in the beginner center are ideal for learning to ski and snowboard. More advanced skiers and snowboarders will also enjoy the longer Südhanglift.
