The staff is extremely friendly. At the gondola lifts, your skis and boards are taken and placed in the holders for you. Children always receive assistance when boarding. At the chairlifts, the staff always has a friendly word for the guests. Service for guests is a top priority, and you will always find tissues at the lift (Sniffle Station).
