The Whistler Blackcomb ski resort is very family- and child-friendly. There is a dedicated Family Zone on Whistler Mountain and several Whistler Kids children's areas spread throughout the ski resort. At the top of the mountain, attractions include the Children’s Adventure Park, the Big Easy Terrain Garden, The School Yard Terrain Park, and the Tree Forts. In general, families are very well taken care of in Whistler. For adults, there are many events and the Ziptrek (a zipline ride over Whistler). Special packages for the whole family complete the range of offerings.
