Since the expansion of the Kempten-Sonthofen route into a four-lane expressway, the ski resort can be quickly reached from the A7 motorway Memmingen-Füssen. The road winds through the Kleinwalsertal to Hirschegg and Mittelberg. Access from the south is not possible, as the Kleinwalsertal is a dead end. Parking spaces are limited and subject to a fee.
