      In the Via Lattea ski area, you'll find a mix of modern chairlifts and gondolas, as well as platter and drag lifts. There are also some older lifts. Depending on the sub-area, one type may be more prevalent than the other—especially on the connections from Sauze d'Oulx to Monte Fraiteve and from Cesana to the Monti della Luna, fixed-grip double chairlifts can be identified as weak points.
