The ski resort Vars/Risoul – La Forêt Blanche is located in the Arrondissement of Briançon (France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Hautes-Alpes).
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 185 km of slopes available. 34 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,650 and 2,750 m.
The La Forêt Blanche ski area connects the two resorts of Vars and Risoul. Skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed on slopes winding through open larch forests and high alpine terrain. Surrounded by the peaks of the Ecrins Massif National Park, the Ubaye Valley, and the Queyras Nature Park, this winter sports area offers impressive views and a wide variety of snow sports activities.
