There are two different cross-country ski trails in the Schnalstal Valley. The Hochjoch trail is located on the glacier (5 km) at around 3,000 meters altitude, and the snow-covered trail at Lazaun (2 km) is at around 2,400 meters. The trails are therefore very snow-sure and can be used almost all year round.
