The valley station of the Schnalstaler Gletscherbahn is located directly in the village of Kurzras, at the end of the Schnalstal in the Merano region. It is situated in Italy on the border with Austria. The usual route is via Bolzano and Merano. Alternatively, you can arrive via the Reschen Pass.
