Gröden offers long, challenging descents into the valleys, such as Saslong, Ciampinoi, and Dantercepies, as well as several shorter, crisp, and steep slopes. Leaving the slopes is prohibited (freeriding), except in the freeride areas at Plan de Gralba, Seceda, and Monte Pana when accompanied by a certified local mountain guide.
