Mandatory helmet use for everyone
From the winter season 2025/26 onwards, wearing a helmet when skiing, snowboarding or sledging is mandatory for everyone, regardless of age. This means that on all ski slopes, snow parks and sledding tracks, a certified ski helmet must be worn by every participant. The new regulation aims to enhance safety, significantly reduce the risk of injuries, and prevent accidents in winter sports activities.
