Ski lifts at the ski resort Titlis – Engelberg
From Engelberg, the eight-seater gondola lift Titlis Xpress takes you comfortably up to the ski area at the Stand station in two sections. Afterwards, the Titlis-Rotair brings you up to the summit at 3,020 m. On the world’s first revolving cable car (Rotair), the cabin rotates 360 degrees during the five-minute ascent to the summit, offering perfect panoramic views of steep rock faces, deep glacier crevasses, and snow-covered mountain peaks. Additionally, a funicular railway and two aerial tramways also lead from the valley up to the ski area (operating only as additional lifts during peak times). Within the ski area, all high-speed chairlifts are equipped with weather protection covers and some even have heated seats. The fixed-grip four-seater chairlift Trübsee-Hopper crosses Lake Trübsee, connecting the slopes across the lake. Drag lifts on the Gerschnialp and at Untertrübsee complete the range of lifts. At Trübsee, there are also several conveyor belts.
