Accommodation 
After the acquisition of the Timberline Summit Pass ski area (formerly Summit Ski Area at Mt. Hood) by the neighboring Timberline ski area in 2021, the two ski areas are to be connected by a gondola lift. The 8-seater gondola Summit Pass-Timberline Connection is scheduled to go into operation within the next 5-10 years.
