Conservation of the environment is a priority for the ski resort of The Remarkables. The resort has therefore committed to being climate-neutral by 2030. Great efforts are being made to achieve this goal. Waste is also sorted in the ski resort and an extensive ski bus network operates from Queenstown.

• No scheduled buses
• A special bus service runs all day long from the centre of Queenstown. A payable bus service by reservation only runs from the Park & Ride bus stop.
