Eichenhof II (YOC 2017)
The new 6-seater chairlift Eichenhof II – more quality in St. Johann

Chairlift at the ski resort St. Johann in Tirol/Oberndorf – Harschbichl

Eichenhof II 1/8

Eichenhof II

The Eichenhofbahn II provides access to the upper area at Eichenhof with its challenging slopes and is therefore designed especially for sporty skiers. The state-of-the-art 6-seater chairlift from Leitner replaces the Eichenhof II drag lift and offers a connection from the also new Eichenhof I 10-seater gondola lift to the “Granderschupf”.

From the “Granderschupf”, the new 6-seater chairlift provides the main entry point into the ski area. It extends up to above the former “Eichenhof II” mountain station and opens up the area for advanced skiers. The state-of-the-art lift system is equipped with weather protection covers and heated seats. It can transport up to 2,400 people per hour and operates over a length of 1,630 meters. The operating company SkiStar expects an increase in rides per guest due to the higher capacity and the “end of ski-unclipping.”
