The Speikboden ski area is very well suited for beginners. There is a large practice area around the mountain station. The Alm-Express and the covered Tottomandl conveyor belt provide access to easy and wide slopes. There are also conveyor belts and easy slopes for beginners in the valley. The ski school also operates its own conveyor belts both in the valley and on the mountain. The valley run is not necessarily suitable for beginners.
