Hans im Glück (YOC 2016)

Circulating ropeway/gondola lift at the ski resort SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental

Hans im Glück 1/14

Hans im Glück

The new 10-seater gondola lift Hans im Glück replaces the 2-seater chairlift Salvenmoos in Söll. The gondola lift is especially designed to meet the needs of children, offering a dedicated entrance for families and ski schools. Additionally, the entire lift facility is themed around the fairy tale “Hans im Glück.”

A total of 6 million euros was invested in the construction and design of the modern 10-seater gondola lift. The Hans im Glück lift is conceived as a highlight for families and children. Every second cabin is decorated on the outside with an image from the fairy tale “Hans im Glück.” The theme is also reflected inside the cabins and at the gondola stations. To ensure that young children do not have to carry their skis to the gondola, there are special trolleys for ski transport, which can also be taken into the cabins. A separate entrance for families and ski schools makes using the lift even easier for these groups.
