Evening cruise on Lake Zell - this is what visitors can enjoy from Advent onwards. Seasonal mulled wine, punch, snacks, pleasant music and the view of the snow-covered surrounding mountains create a breathtaking atmosphere.

Schmitten Sound – Mountain. Music. Emotion. The moment the first beats and melodies fill the air on the Schmittenhöhe, a winter experience begins that awakens all the senses. Under the motto Schmitten Sound – Mountain. Music. Emotion., Zells home mountain transforms into a snowy stage. International DJs, electrifying live acts, and talented artists create a diverse soundscape - from traditional tunes to modern beats, from cozy alpine vibes to lively party energy back in the valley.

On selected days we are opening the turnstiles for early birds. A breath-taking sunrise, unbeatable snow and slope conditions, clear air. Those are the wonders awaiting you on the Schmitten Ski’n’Brunch Tour. All participants receive a VIP parking space right at the valley station.

Schmidolin invites you to a joint ski day on his mountain, the Schmittenhöhe. Each participant gets to master a gate run with a wave course as well as small skill stations, after that, Schmidolin stands at the finish line for a picture with all the children.

Children under the age of 10 are welcome! For the younger children, parents are allowed to ride along and support their children on the course.

All children are invited to lunch at the AreitAlm. For the award ceremony Schmidolin has carved a medal for all participants and even a trophy for the fastest.

On Easter Sunday, April 5th, 2026, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See transforms into a playground for the Schmitten Easter Egg Hunt. Hidden in two snowy mounds in front of the restaurant Das Panorama are wooden Schmitten eggs – each containing a prize ticket.

The jackpot egg in the large snow pile is worth EUR 500, while the main children’s prize is a voucher for a Panorama Round Trip for the whole family (2 adults + 2 children).

All eggs must be dug out by hand – the hunt begins exactly at 2:00 PM!
