Slope offering, variety of runs at the ski resort Riksgränsen
The Riksgränsen ski resort is located so far north that no trees grow here. As a result, all the slopes are on treeless hillsides. You’ll find slopes of all difficulty levels, with easy and intermediate runs predominating. In addition to the groomed slopes, there is also plenty of open ski terrain. The many freeride opportunities are very popular, including the extreme areas Branten and Uffes Vägg. The freeride area Björnfjäll is located on Norwegian territory. From many slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Vassijaure.
