Description Rangger Köpfl – Oberperfuss

It is only 5 km from the Inntal motorway to the valley station of the Oberperfuss mountain lifts. With the eight-seater gondola lifts Peter Anich I and II as well as the combi lift Peter Anich III, you can reach the summit of the 1,940-meter-high Rangger Köpfl.

From up here, you have a magnificent view of Innsbruck and the Inn Valley. Gentle to intermediate slopes run along the ridge past Sulzstich down to Stiglreith. Except for the very top at the summit, the slopes lead through forest clearings and over gentle alpine meadows down to the valley.

The Egghof drag lift serves a wide intermediate slope in Stiglreith. There is also a magic carpet here for beginners. For refreshments, you can stop at the cozy Rosskogelhütte, the Gasthof Sulzstich, and the Panoramarestaurant Stiglreith.

There is also plenty on offer for non-skiers. From Rangger Köpfl, a toboggan run leads down to Oberperfuss, and the area is also ideal for winter hiking.
