Only drag lifts, connecting slopes between Nordhang and Pröller II (Hinterwies)Description Pröller Skidreieck (St. Englmar)
The St. Englmar ski region consists of four separate ski areas. The largest of these is the Pröller Skidreieck. It is located about 4 km from the town of St. Englmar. Ski lifts ascend the wooded Pröller (1048m) from three different sides. From Klinglbach, the village closest to St. Englmar, two parallel drag lifts lead up the Pröller called Pröller I, where the drag lift from Hinterwies, Pröller II, also ends. The runs at the Pröller II lift are easy, those at Pröller I are intermediate, and there is also a challenging race course here.
Via the Wilderersteig, a connecting trail, you reach the Nordhanglift, the longest drag lift in the region at 1.4 km. The Nordhang run is of intermediate difficulty, and the Nordhanglift takes you back up to the mountain station via a small curve. To return to the other lifts, you have to take the Holzknechtweg to Hinterwies to the Pröller II drag lift. Unfortunately, you have to push a bit here.
You can park for free at all three base stations of the lifts. There are also places to stop for refreshments at these locations.
