Access, Parking Nordkette – Innsbruck
You can reach the Nordkettenbahnen (Hungerburgbahn Section I) within a few minutes from the Inntal motorway. You can use the City or Congress garage free of charge from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm when you purchase a ski pass. The Hungerburgbahn then takes you up to the Hungerburg via Löwenhaus and the Alpenzoo. There are no parking spaces at Löwenhaus or the Alpenzoo. You can also park at the Hungerburg, and when you purchase a ticket there, your paid parking fee will be refunded. The valley run ends at the Hungerburg. If you parked in the City or Congress garage, you will need to take the funicular back to Innsbruck.
