1/6 Ski lifts/ropeways Nordkette – Innsbruck
The Hungerburgbahn funicular (Section I) takes you directly from the Congress in Innsbruck, via Löwenhaus and the Alpine Zoo, up to Hungerburg at 860m. The Hungerburg station is the architectural highlight of Innsbruck. If you don't want to start directly in Innsbruck, you can begin your journey at Hungerburg. From there, the Seegrube cable car (Section II) continues up to 1905m. Around the Seegrube, two double chairlifts provide access to the slopes. To reach the very top at Hafelekar (Section III), at 2256m, another cable car is available. For beginners and children, there is also a conveyor belt at the Seegrube station.
