Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Nebelhorn – Oberstdorf
Advanced skiers and freeriders will find great options at the Nebelhorn. For experts, the 700 m long high-alpine Nebelhorn summit slope and the black slopes at the 10-seater gondola Nebelhorn 2 are particularly recommended. These runs are really steep. Of course, you can also combine everything: with a length of 7.5 km, the Nebelhorn offers the longest snow-covered valley run in Germany. First the steep Nebelhorn summit slope, then the black slopes Sonngehren and valley run Seealpe, and finally the intermediate valley run down to Oberstdorf. 1,400 meters of vertical drop in one go! Thanks to the new 10-seater gondola, you can quickly head back up for another run. In the entire upper area, there are also many unsecured freeride opportunities.
- many freeride/deep snow areas
- few mogul slopes
