The range of slopes is excellent. It extends from easy and intermediate slopes to the steepest slope experience in Austria (Harakiri). Wide carving slopes predominate. In addition, the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen have created a first-class adventure world under the name Mountopolis. Race tracks, SkiMovie run, PenkenPark, Kidsslope, adventure slopes, FunRides, and practice areas are all impressive.

Interconnection information

The slopes at Penken, Horberg, Rastkogel, and on the Eggalm are directly connected. Access points are Mayrhofen, Finkenberg, Stockach (Schwendau), Hochschwendberg (Hippach), Lanersbach (Tux), and Vorderlanersbach (Tux). The access point to the Ahorn in Mayrhofen is separate and can be reached by a footpath of about 400 m from the Penkenbahn valley station. The entire ski area, together with the Hintertuxer Gletscher, is part of the Ski- & Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000.

Valley run available
There is only a valley run from the Ahorn to Mayrhofen. From the Penken, you take the 3-S cable car down to the valley. A ski route leads to Stockach (Schwendau). Valley runs lead to Lanersbach and Vorderlanersbach. To get to Hochschwendberg (Hippach), you take the Möslbahn to the valley station for the last section.
