The Finkenberger Almbahn 1 is a 10-seater gondola lift from the D-Line series by Doppelmayr. The cabins are equipped with heated seats and Wi-Fi. This high-performance lift replaces the 4-seater gondola lift Finkenberger Alm 1 and at the mountain station connects to the Finkenberger Almbahn 2.
The new 10-seater gondola lift from Finkenberg towards Penkenjoch was built along the existing route of its predecessor. The station buildings were dismantled and completely rebuilt. Both the stations and the lift itself offer barrier-free access, making it easy for wheelchair users and families with strollers to board.
