1/27 Loser Panoramabahn
The new gondola lift from Bartholet in Porsche Design leads directly from the Loser valley station via a mid-station at 1,401 m up to the Loser Alm. Along the way, the lift passes 22 towers. It replaces the two chairlifts Loser-Jet 1 and Loser 2. During the ascent in one of the 76 10-seater cabins, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dachstein.
Thanks to barrier-free access, the lift is ideally suited for wheelchairs and strollers. Photovoltaic systems at the mid and top stations generate over 50% of the energy used by the Loser ski area. With the new gondola lift, the perfectly groomed slopes in the Loser ski area are much more conveniently accessible. This investment further establishes Loser as a true year-round destination. Car trips to Loser Alm will be significantly reduced thanks to the new lift system.
The cost of the new lift amounts to approximately 25 million euros. The opening is planned for the 2024/25 winter season.
