The ski resort itself is very well organized. The merger that took place ten years ago has also had a positive effect. However, the buildings at the Le Corbier and La Toussuire stations are somewhat dated, as they are already up to 50 years old. The fact that almost every apartment in the residential towers has a different owner makes coordinated renovation efforts more difficult. However, with the "Label Qualité Hébergement" initiative, the tourist information office has recently ensured that many apartments have been modernized. Owners received benefits such as discounts on ski passes, and their apartments are prominently featured on the local website.
Cleanliness in the mountain restaurants is not always top-notch, but these are privately owned, so the ski resort has no direct influence here.
