Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows
Après-ski (huts, bars, umbrella bars, clubs, party, after ski) Les Sybelles – Le Corbier/La Toussuire/Les Bottières/St Colomban des Villards/St Sorlin/St Jean d’Arves
Après-ski in Les Sybelles means finding a free deckchair in front of one of the many bars and restaurants (or, in bad weather, a spot at the bar), enjoying one or two Génépi (an herbal liqueur), and reminiscing about the day in a relaxed group. On sunny afternoons, the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, and the buildings of the Front Neige have a distinctly urban feel. The motto here is to see and be seen. The real partying tends to happen later at night in the local nightclubs. Occasionally, some bars also feature live music.
Après-ski tip
Le Yéti
Front Neige in Le Corbier
A typical bar at the Front Neige, with deckchairs outside and more of a restaurant atmosphere inside.
La Petite Ferme
At the practice area in Saint Sorlin d'Arves
Separate from the restaurant, La Petite Ferme also features a pub with bowling lanes. So if you haven't exerted yourself enough during the day, you'll find another opportunity here. Sports broadcasts are shown on large screens.
Roches Blanches
Front Neige of Le Corbier
At the long bar, the ESF ski instructors meet, but when the sun is shining, life takes place out on the terrace. For meals, people usually head inside (pizza, Savoyard specialties).
Le Saint Moritz
Immeuble Vega, Galerie Jean-Noël Augert
Bar-restaurant of local ski legends Jean-Noël Augert (Slalom World Champion 1970) and Françoise Macchi (ten World Cup victories), sun terrace, dance evening on Wednesdays, specialties such as fondue and raclette.
