No lifts with weather protection hoodsDescription Laterns – Gapfohl
From Rankweil (motorway exit in the Rhine Valley), you can reach the Laternser Valley and the ski lifts in about 20 minutes via a well-developed road. From Innerlaterns, the detachable four-seater chairlift Gapfohl takes you up into the ski area. Following this, the detachable six-seater chairlift Nob brings you to the 1,785 m high summit. From up here, you can access every run in the ski area – several intermediate runs as well as an easy run lead down to the mountain station of the four-seater chairlift, while a difficult and an intermediate run lead down to the double drag lifts Fallenboden. From Fallenboden, you can also return directly to the Nobspitze. Up here, you’ll also find numerous off-piste runs through the forest. The runs from the Nobspitze down to the valley are very well covered with snow, so you can almost always enjoy the beautiful valley run.
For beginners, there is a ski school area at the mountain station of the four-seater chairlift, with a magic carpet and platter lift.
For refreshments, the Berghof and Falba Stuba are available directly in the ski area. The Restaurant Kuhstall and an après-ski umbrella bar are located right at the valley station, where you can round off a successful day of skiing.
