Gastronomy tip

CoroneS

At the summit of the Kronplatz at 2,275 metres

The CoroneS mountain hut has an excellent restaurant on the first floor. The meals are prepared with loving care and using regional produce. There is something to suit every taste, from pasta to exotic dishes, accompanied by a good wine. Before you ski down to the valley, you can stop at the umbrella bar here for some après-ski.

Spaces

Slightly above the Col Toron base station in St Vigil at 1,500 metres

The restaurant is located in the Hotel Spaces. The large windows and sun terrace offer views of the Dolomite peaks. The emphasis for the food is on quality.

Gassl

At the base station in Olang at 1,170 m

The Gassl is a top tip in the ski resort of Kronplatz, with a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and après-ski under one roof. It serves South Tyrolean and international specialities. The menu includes soups, pasta dishes, salads, steaks and burgers, rounded off by an excellent selection of desserts.

Ücia Picio Pré

At the Pre da Peres slope at 1,950 metres

The Ücia Picio Pré is a cosy mountain hut with Ladin specialities.

At the summit of the Kronplatz at 2,275 metres

On the first floor, diners can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and regional specialities in the restaurant.

Oberegger Alm

At the valley run to Olang at 1,530 metres

This rustic and cosy restaurant serves typical South Tyrolean specialities. Diners can enjoy the fine cuisine in different rooms and warm up at the fireplace. It is one of the most rustic mountain huts in Kronplatz.

Bivacco

At the mountain station of the Costa 4-person chairlift at 1,855 metres

The hut is almost always in the sunshine and has an attractive bar and sun terrace. The tiled stove warms the dining room on cold winter days.

Herzlalm

At the Ried-Gipfel middle station at 1,730 metres

The Herzalm is a large and cosy mountain hut with a sun terrace and a view of the slopes. It has separate areas for table service and self-service. You can also sit at the bar for a quick break.

Lorenzi Hütte

At the mountain station of the Lorenzibahn lift at 1,660 metres

The Lorenzi Hütte is located on the Olang side of the mountain and has a large sun terrace and a covered area. This cosy hut has been furnished with great attention to detail and serves excellent food and good wines.

Graziani

On the southern side of the peak at 2,080 metres near the Sonne base station

The Graziani Hütte offers an amazing view of the mountain landscapes of the Dolomites. It serves both local and international dishes. The Graziani Hütte also offers overnight accommodation.
