The Kitzbühel ski resort is located in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. KitzSki can be reached relatively quickly from the Inntal motorway, exit Wörgl Ost or Kufstein Süd. Parking at the Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel is subject to a fee. At all other entry points, parking is free for lift users. The Kitzbühel cable cars offer good alternatives to arriving by car with the KitzSkiXpress (bus) from Munich and the KitzSkiZug from Rosenheim.Access via

- In the greater Kitzbühel-Kirchberg-Aurach-Jochberg-Pass Thurn-Mittersill area, the use of all buses marked SKIBUS is free with ski passes from Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel or with ski equipment. It is one of the largest ski bus systems in the Alps. Since the 2015/16 season, the XPress Ski Shuttle has connected the SkiWelt (Ki-West Bahn) with Kitzski (Pengelsteinbahn).
