For skiing and snowboarding, there are 20 km of slopes available. 4 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 2,300 and 3,450 m.
The Karakol ski resort is located a 30-minute drive from the town of the same name, on a mountain pass at 2,300 meters. There is a mountain hotel with a sauna, restaurant, and helicopter landing pad. A snowcat can take you up to 3,450 meters. In the Karakol winter sports area, slopes of all difficulty levels are available for skiing and snowboarding. Many slopes also attract freeriders.
