The Alpin Family Resort Seetal is located slightly above Kaltenbach and offers a magnificent view over the Zillertal valley. The ski slope passes just a few meters from the hotel, allowing guests to access the slope directly from the hotel and ski down to the valley station of the Hochzillertal lifts. At the end of a ski day, you can ski right back to the hotel. Just above the hotel, you'll find the Seetal-Schirmbar, a great spot to enjoy some après-ski.

Seetal offers 120 beds in comfortably and luxuriously furnished double rooms, junior studios, apartments, and suites. Two rustic chalets complete the accommodation options. About 30 meters above the hotel is the Baum Schlössl, which is entirely built from Swiss pine wood and features a cozy corner bench and a fireplace. Right in front of the hotel is the Seetal Hüttl.

Seetal’s water world features a panoramic indoor pool with access to a unique outdoor pool with infinity edge, waterfall, and massage jets. The children’s splash pool is integrated into the panoramic indoor pool and is heated to 32°C. Of course, there is also a sauna & spa area with various saunas and steam baths. Above the hotel, you’ll find the Teufelssauna in log cabin style, right by the natural pond. The natural pond features a heated bathing lagoon. Massages and beauty treatments complete the wellness offerings.

Seetal is especially family-friendly and does everything to ensure that children feel at home. Playrooms, a climbing tower, petting zoo, labyrinth, and plenty of space to discover something new around the hotel make children’s hearts beat faster. The Alpin Family Resort Seetal is a member of the Family Select Hotels and has been awarded 5 out of 5 points in the Willi Wiesel Quality rating, which corresponds to the highest quality category of Family Select and children’s hotels in Europe. Childcare is available 6 days a week for 8 hours per day for children from 4 years old.

The Kids Club features a cinema for children from 4 years (in winter Sun - Fri: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Sat: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm; in summer Sun - Fri: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (July & August until 9:00 pm), Sat: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm).
For toddlers from 4 months, there is the Baby Club (in winter Sun - Fri: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (in season D until 8:00 pm); in summer Mon - Fri: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (in season B until 8:00 pm - subject to availability).

In addition, Seetal offers a child-friendly full board that is guaranteed to delight the little ones and make mealtimes fun! All inclusive: Seetal’s children’s buffet impresses with its high quality and wide selection. For the youngest guests, the kitchen team is happy to puree fresh fruits and vegetables.

The kitchen team creates delicious, flavorful dishes using high-quality natural products, preferably from regional farmers and with plenty of fresh herbs from the hotel’s own herb garden. The Seetal 3/4 pampering board includes a large breakfast buffet, a late lunch buffet with sweet and savory options from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and an exquisite 5-course dinner menu with salad bar and various choices—from Austrian classics to vegetarian cuisine.

There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. But you won’t need your car during your stay, as there is so much to discover around the hotel.
