Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is deeply committed to environmental protection and sustainability. Since 2019, the Jackson Hole ski area has covered 100% of its electricity needs with green energy. This includes all lifts, facilities, and operations in the valley area. All future projects undergo a thorough design review process to ensure that best practices and the selection of sustainable materials are integrated into construction, resulting in environmentally certified buildings. Waste is separated, regional products are prioritized when purchasing, efforts are made to protect and restore natural habitats for wildlife, and public transportation by bus is promoted.
