    At the lifts and ticket offices, guests are welcomed and greeted with exceptional friendliness. The service and reception in the restaurants are also very friendly. The staff are happy to hand you the safety bars and assist you when boarding the chairlifts. At the Pelevos and Mercantour gondola lifts, staff are happy to take your skis for you.
