Access & on-site parking
Overall, getting to the ski area is somewhat more challenging. From the A8 motorway, it is still 78 km to the ski area. At the beginning of the valley, the roads are still well developed. Afterwards, the road is moderately developed. The last 16 km from the town of Isola to the ski resort Isola 2000 lead along a mountain road. This road has some steeper sections. Winter Closure
Access from Italy via the Col de Lombarde is not possible in winter.
Mobility on-site
- Ski buses
- Scheduled buses
- There is a free ski bus that operates throughout the season in the resort of Isola 2000. Another ski bus takes guests from Isola 2000 to the village of Isola and back. However, this one is subject to a fee and only runs during the holidays of the Département Alpes-Maritimes. A scheduled bus connects Isola 2000 daily with Nice and the airport.
