Ski lifts at the ski resort Ischgl/Samnaun – Silvretta Arena
In Ischgl and Samnaun, only state-of-the-art lifts can be found in the ski area. Most chairlifts are equipped with weather protection covers and some even have heated seats. From the valley, powerful gondola and aerial tramways take you up into the ski area. The modern 3-S Pardatschgratbahn with heated seats departs directly from Ischgl up to the Pardatschgrat. The eight-seater Fimbabahn gondola and the Funitel Silvrettabahn conveniently and quickly take guests to the Idalp. From Samnaun, a double-decker aerial tramway brings you to the Alp Trida Sattel. In 2001, Ischgl introduced the world’s first eight-seater chairlift with weather protection covers. All new lifts are built in the distinctive black Ischgl design. The Val Gronda aerial tramway even offers 40 seats with seat heating, making it the world’s first aerial tramway with heated seats. Beginners can use platter lifts and conveyor belts. More new lifts are planned for the future, and of course, these will only be built with weather protection covers and heated seats. Guest comfort is the top priority in Ischgl and Samnaun.
