The new 8-seater chairlift Sassgalun replaces the 6-seater chairlift Sassgalun on the same route. The roofs of the lift stations are equipped with photovoltaic systems. The lift also features the state-of-the-art entry and exit monitoring system (AURO: Autonomous Ropeway Operation) from Doppelmayr. Another highlight: it is the world's shortest 8-seater chairlift.
