In 1978, a 2-seater chairlift was built from Höllboden to Idalp to relieve the Höllboden drag lift. This 2-seater chairlift was replaced in 1989 by a fixed-grip 4-seater chairlift. The 2-seater chairlift was rebuilt in 1993 as the Velillecksessellift and put into operation on December 26 of the same year.
