Gastronomy tip

Björk – Topprestaurang & Fjällbar

Below the mountain station of the Hemavan Gondol at 730 m

The restaurant Björk is the highlight in Hemavan. Here you can enjoy culinary delights with a magnificent view over the landscape. Designed entirely in Nordic style and featuring plenty of wood, this architectural masterpiece is unique in the region. In good weather, guests can sit on the sun terrace.

Mountain hut tip

Folkes Fjällcafé

At the valley station of the Kungsliften at 770 m

The Folkes Fjällcafé is named after the legendary Folke Edvall and is the highest mountain hut in the Hemavan ski area. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view and a freshly grilled hamburger in the rustic lounge or on the sun terrace. Highly recommended are, of course, the coffee, hot chocolate, and sweet treats.
