Ski resort Hameau des Bossons

The Hameau des Bossons ski area was located on the outskirts of the hamlet Les Bossons near Chamonix. The glacier of the same name descended almost all the way to the village at 1,250 m. In 1960, the 2-seater chairlift Glacier des Bossons was built, along with a drag lift. The ski area was closed after the glacier retreated, but the chairlift still offers rides for pedestrians in the summer.
